The families of those who have passed, or are moving on after years in one place, have a lot on their plates – it can be daunting to face the prospect of managing the estate clearance.
Unexpected Treasures can relieve you of the burden of the tedious task of clearing your estate. We are not dealers therefore we have no vested interest in only choosing the best items to sell. We coordinate the donation or removal of any remaining items after an estate sale. We completely clear out the property so that you can have closure.
We offer a full range of estate services, from planning an estate sale to touching up the paint after everything is out. Not every home holds valuable surprises, but the greatest treasure you discover may be the unexpected relief of a mind freed from worry about the details of a complex process.
With over 30 years in business, we provide our clients with an extremely high level of trust. Meet Judy Johnson
Judy Johnson has been intimately involved with estate sales and custom liquidation since 1998. Her skills as a corporate manager and professional estate organizer are enhanced by her background in historical research and antiques.
She holds a Master of Arts in Museum Studies and worked for The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco (M.H. deYoung Museum and California Palace of the Legion of Honor).
Judy has a broad base of professional associates who bring specific expertise to each project as required.
